Civil Engineering Design:
subdivision, roading, utilities and earthworks.
Topographical Surveys: defining ground contours, buildings,
trees etc.
Cadastral Surveys: depicting legal boundaries for subdivisions etc.
Boundary Definition: re-fixing legal boundaries on the land.
Single Section to multi Section subdivisions: including liaising with
the local authority as to their requirements.
Unit Title / Cross Lease Subdivisions
Resource Consent Applications (subdivision): we can assist through
the process from initial consultation/concept to final plan approval stage
and issue of certificates of title.
